(TTCA, the Organizer) cordially invite you to the 2025 SUBZONE 2.3.3 Absolute & Women Chess
Championships.
Dates, Location, and Venue.
The 2025 SUBZONE 2.3.3 Absolute & Women Chess Championship will be held in St. Anns, Trinidad
from April 11th 2025 (Arrival Day) through April 18th 2025 (Departure Day). The tournament will take
place at the Cascadia Hotel and Conference Center in St. Ann’s.
The Trinidad and Tobago Chess Association (TTCA) wishes to welcome you to the vibrant twin-island
nation of Trinidad and Tobago. With a combined population of approximately 1.4 million and a total
area of 5,131 square kilometers (1,981 square miles), these islands punch well above their weight on
the global stage. Trinidad, the larger island, is a bustling hub of culture and industry, famous for its
steelpan, calypso music, and the world-renowned Carnival, an explosion of color, rhythm, and
