El seminarios se llevará adelante desde el 8 al 13 de diciembre y es organizado por la Federación Brasileña de Ajedrez y con el auspice de FIDE
El evento tendrá lugar en el hotel Copacabana en Rio de Janeiro Brasil

El idioma del seminario será Portugues.
El seminario otorgara normas y titulo de Arbitro FIDE de acuerdo a las regulaciones de titulos para arbitros..

– 12-13 hs. – Use of the electronics clocks.
Día 3 – 11/12/2022 – 09 – 13 hs.
– 09-11 hs. – Regulations for the rating and the over-the-board titles.
– 11-13 hs. – Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
Día 4 – 12/12/2022 – 09 – 13 hs.
– 09-12 hs. – Swiss System and Pairing Rules.
– 12-13 hs. – Anti-Cheating guidelines for Arbiters.
